Chatbot deployment workspace showing multi-platform integration

About Pimnarek

One specialist. Many platforms.

Since 2016, Pimnarek has focused on a single discipline — building chatbots that run across multiple platforms without fragmenting into separate maintenance nightmares. There is no team of account managers between you and the work.

The background

What the work actually involves

Most chatbot projects start with a platform decision and end there. The conversation logic, the edge cases, the handoff to a human agent — those get solved later, usually under pressure. Pimnarek starts from the opposite direction: the conversation first, the platform second.

The practical result is that a bot built here can be deployed to Telegram, Viber, web chat, or a messaging API without rewriting the core logic. The platform becomes an output format, not the architecture.

Each engagement is direct — no junior staff handling the technical decisions. If something needs rethinking mid-project, that conversation happens immediately, not through a ticket queue.

Platform-agnostic architecture

The conversation logic lives in one place. Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp Business, web widget, and custom APIs are treated as rendering targets, not separate codebases. Updating a flow once updates it everywhere.

Flexible adaptation mid-project

Requirements shift. A new channel gets added, a use case turns out to be more complex than the brief suggested, or the client's team changes direction. The structure of direct work means those adjustments happen in hours, not sprint cycles.

Direct technical access

Every project runs through one specialist who handles architecture, implementation, and iteration. There is no translation layer between the person who understands your requirements and the person writing the code.

Scope defined by the problem

Engagements are shaped around what the project actually needs — not a fixed package. A small bot for one platform and a multi-channel deployment with CRM integration are scoped differently because they are different problems.

Transnational by design

Clients are based across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Working across time zones and regulatory contexts is a normal part of the practice, not a special case.

Starting a project

What comes next

The first conversation is about the problem, not the platform. Bring a description of what you need the bot to do and the channels where users will interact with it. Everything else follows from there.

Pimnarek operates fully remotely. Clients in any country are handled through the same direct process — initial scoping, a written proposal, and iterative delivery with regular checkpoints.
